Stars' track coach Dan Pfaff to give coaching lectures

The Cayman Island Athletic Association (CIAA) has announced that Dan Pfaff, an internationally known sports instructor and lecturer will present two sessions on training, directed to benefit coaches of all sports that are currently enjoyed in the Cayman Islands. 

Mr Pfaff is coach to Olympians Marion Jones, Tim Montgomery and Cayman's own Kareem Streete-Thompson among many others.

The activities will take place in the VIP Lounge of the Truman Bodden Sports complex on Tuesday, 27 January and Wednesday, 28 January, from 7 - 8:30 pm

The Tuesday lecture will cover training theory for power and speed athletes, and on Wednesday the topic will be motor control and changing mechanics and skills for more effective movement
