Lisa Boston

She personifies the word ‘giving’. Lisa Boston has made a career out of giving back to her community.

Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Lisa first came to Cayman in 1988. “After I graduated from University, I came down on an adventure. It was supposed to be six months, but I’m still here after 16 years,” she said.

Lisa, who has been CEO of the National Council of Voluntary Organisations for the past year, is also on the Pink Ladies executive committee, is Treasurer of the Business and Professional Women’s Club, and is a member of the Visual Arts Society.

“I’ll always be involved. I wouldn’t leave the NCVO to go anywhere else. Over the next five years, I plan to expand the projects and services that we already have.”

She wants everyone to know that ‘giving’ is something we all can do.
