Former Cayman chef opens new restaurant in South Carolina
Charleston, USA - According to the Charleston Post Courier, Ken Vedrinski, one of the most acclaimed chefs in South Carolina and a former chef at the Hyatt in Grand Cayman, is opening his own, not-so-expensive Italian restaurant on Daniel Island.

DUBLIN, Ireland - GAA Football & Hurling reports that the Cayman Islands is among five destinations that may host the 2005 All Stars Gaelic football tour. A decision on the venue will be made in the coming weeks, according to GAA President Sean Kelly.
