An easy-going director is behind Prospect Playhouse's production of Anne of Green Gables. Pat Steward says she is certainly no "slave driver." The play depicts the early years of Anne Shirley, as she fumbles her way through life in early 1900's Canada. Plenty of work went into the production, with rehearsals three nights a week for six weeks. For Pat, having seven children in the cast was no extra challenge. "I actually find working with the children easier at times. Although they don't always pay attention, they seem to be easier to direct." Pat, who works as an accountant at Fidelity Bank, also volunteers for Hospice Care. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Pat has made Cayman her home for the past 12 years, and lives with her husband.
