I agree that it is high time this issue was addressed. My daughter and I are both allergic to cigarette smoke and it is very disturbing when we try to eat at a restaurant and someone at a nearby table lights up a cigarette. If someone makes the decision to smoke, then he/she should at the same time make the decision to smoke where and when it is being inhaled by him/her only. I made the decision not to smoke yet I often find myself inhaling someone else's second-hand smoke - L. A. Ebanks
