- The "stalling tactics" of the ICTA and the Minister of PCDA&IT are out of line. They would extend the "study? of the calculations" for a long time to give the competition time to kill-off C&W. The
ICTA, Minister of PCDA&IT and the public need to remember that C&W not only hires Caymanians, they have and do educate and train Caymanians, and they gave us
telephone service when no one else was interested. The competition have caused them to reduce their rates, which is not a bad thing, but C&W should not be bound up so that they cannot continue to serve the Cayman Islands.

- C&W have the same stranglehold here in Guernsey in the Channel
Islands. Their latest bright idea is to increase line rental charges to most customers but to reduce them by £12.00 a quarter to people on
States benefit, i.e. unmarried mothers. It is a disgrace and these people should be put out of business
