That is an interesting statement by the Minister for ICTA - that they want to be sure C&W "don't engage in anti-competitive behaviour". Businesses have been doing that in the Cayman Islands forever - so they can keep other people from making a living - and actually C&W have provided a service for many years. I doubt it was profitable at the start because of all the infrastructure they had to put in. In any case - I believe that "Anti-competitive behaviour" is something we have seen amongst the politicians a lot lately, so the Minister's statement was "calling the kettle black" - Anonymous
