Well, I strive to take my child to church, spend time with him as you most aptly commented on and I speak to him as to his ideas on things. I, we, my husband and I get his input. Thanks for this awareness building for the community and readers elsewhere. The other day, my son, who plays in the Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra, said he wanted to know how to really shine his leather shoes. I taught him how to do this. The fine details, the minutia of life will not come by osmosis. We have to take time to teach our children things and pass on intangible values to them - Helen Lerner, Orlando
