  • If the Cayman Islands are as safe as RCIP says, why are detailed crime statistics kept secret from the public by RCIP? Also I would guess that it is safer to reside in the Cayman Islands than to visit, as I think much of the worst crime of late appears to be committed against temporary residents and tourists - Anonymous
