The AGM agenda includes reports by the CITA President, Treasurer and General Manager, voting on some changes of the CITA’s Articles of Association as well as the election of the new Board of Directors for 2004/05.

The CITA Board is made up of 13 directors, four of whom generally serve a two-year term, while nine directors serve a one-year term.

This year, only two directors will serve a second year as the two other directors had to resign from the CITA Board because the moved away from the island during their term. So, 11 directors will be voted on to the new CITA Board.
