
Celebrating the Carnival Spirit of Batabano 2004

Batabano revellers of all ages took to the streets on Saturday afternoon for
the colourful street parade that stretched from the West Bay Road to North
Church Street.
Helped along by an excited crowd, participants got fully into carnival spirit
as they danced and skipped the length of the parade.
Following the revelry, a panel of judges had the difficult task of choosing
the winners from the high-calibre entrants.
In the end the prestigious title of Best Overall Band was awarded to
Caribbean Callaloo.
