- My heartiest congratulations to these four professional women for their
achievements, both academically and professionally. We should all be proud
of them, and their devotion to their career in Health Services. With Eloise
Reid at the helm as CEO, we look forward to improvements in all areas of the
Health Services Authority. I was distressed when Michael Elliott was hired
as CEO, and relieved when he left. Now we will step forward prayerfully,
with our outstanding Caymanian women to guide our future health needs -
