Cancer Society presents its new Board

The Cayman Islands Cancer Society has announced its new Board of Directors.

The Board was elected at the recent Annual General Meeting. Victor Opitz has been elected Chairman and Scott Elliott has been elected Vice-Chairman.

Also elected were Theresa Foster, Fiona Nicol, Dr Sook Yin, Hope Stephenson, Randy Cable, Katherine Hunter and James Wright.

Since the meeting the Board has announced the appointment of Brett Hill as Treasurer.

The Cancer Society is a non-profit organisation committed to providing financial aid and support to cancer patients and to preventing the development of cancer through education. The Society also offers a quit smoking programme.
