CIFA invites public to participate in the selection of 2003-04 awardees

This year prior to its annual Awards Banquet, scheduled for 10 July at the Community College of the Cayman Islands Multipurpose Hall, the Cayman Islands Football Association extends an invitation to all football fans to vote for their favourite players.

At the end of each season the Association hosts its annual awards presentation dinner where it recognises both male and female players who have demonstrated outstanding performance in the Queensgate Youth League, Primary School League, Foster’s National and DHL National leagues. This year the categories open for public input include goalkeeper of the year, defender of the year, rookie of the year, most improved player and the most coveted award, player of the year.

Football fans are invited to select the most deserving player for each award by printing the nomination form and mailing it to CIFA at P.O. Box 178 GT.
