have the Cayman Islands Legal Department backing the findings of his
investigations, and applying the proper measures of justice to the cases.”
You really must be joking! The Cayman Islands Legal Department is to blame
for many of the injustices that Mr Epp will be called upon to investigate.
Just wait and see - they will obstruct and hinder any and all attempts at
investigations into their misdeeds, until the Complaints Commissioner
becomes just another example of lip service to the fiction that Caymanians
have any real rights - Anonymous
