- This illustrates the point you made in your editorial the other day.
Granted, the Monetary Authority cannot prevent false representations being
made by such people, but where are the sanctions against the owners,
managers and local agents for this company? As I understand it, every
insurance company licensed and registered to do business in or from Cayman
has to have a qualified and licensed local agent or manager. Were they
asleep at the wheel again? – Anonymous
