ICTA gives customers guidance

The Information and Communications Technology Authority has said it will soon be issuing guidance on its own website to consumers regarding the choice of mobile phone plans.

The ICTA is attempting to encourage customers to view this advice, and is urging postpaid mobile customers to contact their service provider to obtain itemised bills.

Mobile users should also request assistance in understanding service usage patterns, to ensure that they are getting best value for money.
