Wildel Powell

Having lived in Grand Cayman for 18 years, Wildel Powell enjoys going home to Clarendon, Jamaica, but is very content with his adopted home.

Currently working as a fabricator in the air conditioning industry, in his spare time he seeks out the cooler parts of the island by taking a trip from his George Town home to East End.

He says: “It always seems cooler on that part of the island.”

When he is not working or out with his wife Wildel, he is most likely to be taking in some cricket.

Perhaps the biggest event in his life came two years ago when he was baptised.
