Tyrell Cuffy

Not only has Tyrell Cuffy carried on a cricket tradition which he has picked up from his father, Theo Cuffy, he also is a future star in the athletics world.

When he was four years old, Tyrell began playing cricket in Trinidad, so when he came to Cayman, he had already been hooked to the sport.

Tyrell who just took part in the ICC Americas Region U/15 Championships, which were held here in the Cayman Islands.

In the athletics field, Tyrell runs the 100 and 200-metre event. He travelled to the CARIFTA games in Bermuda and recently travelled to Mexico for the CAC games, where he ran personal bests for both his 100 and 200 metre event.

In his spare time, Tyrell couldn’t determine whether he enjoys sleeping or playing some basketball more. Along with those hobbies he enjoys spending time with friends.
