A new office park is scheduled to open just off Seven Mile Beach in April of next year.

Dart Realty’s REGATTA is planned as the first and only office park in the Cayman Islands, while six class “A” office buildings will create what has been described as a fresh and distinctive working environment.

The 127,000 square feet of office space is already home to a number of tenants, including Cable & Wireless, CITCO, Julius Baer, State Street and FirstCaribbean bank.

The park has been carefully landscaped and includes covered courtyards. There is WiFi access, a back up generator, modern signage and wayfinding system, a dual carriage way entrance and ample parking for tenants and visitors.

The site has its own bistro for gourmet on site catering, and it is also close to the many restaurants on Seven Mile beach and the part-completed Ritz-Carlton.
