RCIP community policing officers and an officer from the special K-9 unit recently paid a visit to the children at the Ren & Ren pre-school.

Constables Everton Spence and Cornelius Pompey spoke to the kids and then K-9 Officer Niven Dixon introduced his specially trained dog “Brandy” to the toddlers.

Commenting on the visit, Ren & Ren Owner Renee Barnes said: “We visited the George Town Police Station last month, and we are grateful that the officers were able to come by the school and bring the K-9 dog.

“This is also a good way for the children to learn that the police officers are their friends.”
