- I am very pleased to see that Cayman is finally taking a positive step
towards the establishment of a Complaint's Commissioner's office. I am
hopeful that Dr. Epp and his team will be able to meet the expectations of
the people of Cayman and really act as a voice for many who feel as though
they have no voice. I am confident that with his legal, academic background
and now the necessary budget Dr. Epp will have a positive impact on the rule
