  • Mr. Elbert Forbes should be congratulated on a most enlightening letter! What a shame in this day and age when our Government should be promoting and encouraging small business and businesspeople. How can one Government entity which is charged with lending be subjected to such a "mockery" of its charter? One hand in Government does not seem to know (or want to know!) what the other is doing.  That is why we need to change the whole bunch of them and elect new people come November 17, 2004.  Vote for George Ebanks… he will fight for all that is RIGHT! - George R. Ebanks
