  • I was privileged to have trained with CI ABA under the encouragement and coaching of Dalmain, Dr Frank, Bobby, Charles "Killa" and many others. I thoroughly enjoyed the hard work, camaraderie and the enthusiasm for the boxing provided for all those interested. If possible I would like to send my best wishes to the CI ABA, particularly and good luck to Killa. I am delighted to hear Cayman boxing goes from strength to strength. Best wishes - Hilary Brown (now back in the UK and still training hard!)
