- Is there any end to the slackness and underhand tricks that are applied
to thwart the progress of justice? How could Mr. Roberts possibly
misunderstand the intention of the Attorney General when he enquired as to
the progress of the case? Perhaps the Attorney General should not have been
so curious, or perhaps they should not even be discussing the case, but that
too would be ridiculous. The Attorney General has every right to enquire
from a member of the Legal Department "How a case is going?" Especially this
one which involves a member of the Legislative Assembly and all eyes are on
this case to see if justice will be done! Will this man be allowed to remain
in our Assembly, and run in the next election without the case being heard
first? This delay in the trial is most unfortunate and looks mighty
suspicious - Amazed Caymanian
