Request directed to unanswerable phones

Dear Sir:
The Grand Caymanian Resort has NOT refused any monies being returned. We
have no phones and very little access to email.
If anyone wishes information and or refund request for rented units please
email
reservations@grandcaymanian.ky. We are able to check that email address a
couple of times per week as we have no phones or electricity.
We are honest - you have been directing your request to unanswerable
phones!
