Anthony Hyman

As a security officer with Sentinel Security Services, Anthony says he loves his job, which involves guarding the Kirk Freeport shops in George Town.

“I’m a very happy person,” says Anthony, who originally comes from Jamaica, but has lived in the Cayman Islands for ten years. “I love watching the sunset. Sometimes I like to go for a walk or a jog.”

When relaxing, Anthony the romantic enjoys “lovers’ soul music.” “I like Percy Sledge, and I like Otis Redding,” says Anthony.

Anthony is fortunate, because his home in Bodden Town was not badly damaged during the hurricane and he is hoping to be married to his fiancé soon: “But I don’t want to say her name,” he says.

Anthony’s other passion is reading. “I like Mills and Boon books.”
