As a partner of “Mise en Place” restaurant, Sean says he loves meeting and serving people in the restaurant, and does his best to ensure customers leave satisfied. In the wake of the hurricane Sean provided some 1,500 meals a day, to hospital, police, and fire service staff. At Mise en Place Sean offers an international menu, reflecting his background as he has lived in and travelled to the world’s four corners. “I visited many restaurants in Asia and managed to combine this with my experience of European, North American and local cuisines.
