LETTER TO THE EDITOR

You have hit the nail on the head

Dear Sir,

What a brilliant editorial. You have hit the “nail on the head”. I am “looking in” from a comfortable place. I read everything I can to keep up on Cayman and my many friends there. 

I sincerely and deeply wish that the Government in place will take this monumental disaster, a once in a lifetime experience, and make a “positive out of a negative”. Re-invent the way you govern the country. Open up your doors to the world with transparency that will be received in a positive manner and “come back to you” many times over. 

Cast aside the unsavory insider conflict of interest deals. Drop duty for an extended period to allow everyone rich or poor to re-build their homes and lives. This is a great opportunity… seize it.

Thinking of all my many wonderful friends in Cayman.
