Catherine Boyd-Moss

As music teacher at Cayman Prep & High School Catherine Boyd Moss says the best part of her job is getting to know every pupil. “It’s a challenging and rewarding job. I teach music to children all the way through the years, from the little ones in Kindergarten to Year Six.”

An energetic and ever-smiling member of staff, Mrs Boyd-Moss has taught in Cayman for two years. Previously she had taught in Malawi for seven years and then took time off to have her own daughters, Emma and Rachel. “My daughters are in Kenya with my husband Graeme and I miss them tremendously. Like many families in Cayman we were split after Ivan.”

In her spare time Mrs Boyd-Moss adores the sea, citing Smith’s Cove as her favourite location.
