MC Restoration’s equipment has arrived in Grand Cayman. At approximately 2:20 Thursday morning 25 November, under the cover of darkness, an MC Restoration operator struggled to unload one of the excavators, which dug into the port surface without coming ashore. Witnessing the unloading were Caymanian heavy equipment operators, including representatives of HEAVO, who received permission from the Commissioner of Police to observe the unloading of the equipment.
