Fresh start for New Year

H.E the Governor Bruce Dinwiddy and his daughter, Celia,
spent the first morning of the New Year, taking a leisurely walk barefoot along
Seven Mile Beach.
New Year’s day symbolizes a fresh start for the Cayman
Islands after a turbulent year for the Governor too as Government House was also
badly damaged.
Even after Hurricane Ivan and the recent earthquakes, the
Governor like all Cayman’s residents is ready to press on with the recovery
process in 2005.
