No one can afford to be complacent

Dear Sir:
Yes, there is no doubt that other tsunamis will occur. However, unless a
serious quake occurs in or near the Cayman Trench, the very fact that Cayman
is situated in deep water would protect the island to a degree.
Tsunamis build as they cross shallower water. This is not to say that there
would not be considerable damage, and no one can afford to be complacent!
