Law firm donates to cancer programme

Employees of the Cayman Islands based law firm, Walkers, made a donation to the Lions Club of Tropical Gardens in support of Cancer Awareness Week, which was observed last month. Walkers’ employees donated the money as part of an employee initiated monthly charitable donations programme.

President of the Lions Club of Tropical Gardens Dorothy Davis (right) gratefully accepted the donation from Walkers’ Employee Benefits Officer, Rebecca Chisholm. Ms. Davis said that the donation will be used to assist the Lions Club of Tropical Gardens with its breast cancer awareness programme.
