On Wednesday 16 March, between 8 am and 3 pm, candidates seeking nomination in the 2005 general elections must submit nomination papers to returning officers at the Marriott Courtyard Conference Room in West Bay; the CIB Conference Room, Cayman Corporate Centre in George Town; Church of God Chapel, Bodden Town; United Church Hall, North Side; East End Civic Centre; District Administration Building in Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.

Nominees are to ensure that upon presentation of their papers, they pay the required nomination deposit of CI$1,000.00 and that proof of qualification is available for submission to the returning officer.

The deposit submitted is only refundable if the candidate receives more than one-tenth of votes polled.
