How can I get a copy of Hurricane Ivan Survival Stories?

Dear Sir:

I was wondering how I can get a copy of this book Hurricane Ivan Survival Stories and how much it would cost.

I assume that I need to order through Hobbies and Books. Is there a website for them so that I can look the book up? I no longer live in Cayman.

I now live in the States and I would love to get this book. Any information you can give me would be a great help.
