Beach football tournament

The Cayman Islands Football Association has developed a new initiative geared towards beach football development in the Cayman Islands.

The aim is to work in tandem with FIFA’s adoption of beach football and their organizing of a Beach Football World Cup.

CIFA has scheduled a beach football tournament for the Royal Palms Beach in George Town on Sunday 12 June 2005 in conjunction with the Jet Around Cayman organizers. All interested individuals are invited to enter teams of no more than 10 members. 

Registration deadline is 12 noon on Friday 20 May and further details can be obtained for what promises to be an exciting and spectacular outdoor event by contacting the CIFA office on 949-5775.

Alternatively, any prospective beach football candidates with access to email can get their application in via cifa@candw.ky for quick and easy entry.
