Police report perfect day

Thursday,  May 12, 2005

Election Day went off without a hitch at the polling stations according to the RCIPS. The only hitch was reported by a George Town candidate over election campaign material being stolen on the eve of polling day. Although unconfirmed it was alleged to be Ellio Solomon, independent candidate who secured 4.3 percent of the George Town vote.
