Cayman Net News introduces a free weekly TV guide

Publisher and Editor-in-Chief
Thursday, May 19, 2005

In keeping with the continued rapid development, expansion and growth of Cayman Net News’ publications, the media house has launched a new print supplement to add to its already extensive range of publications.

Cayman Net News TV Guide will be available as part of the new look Monday edition that already carries the well-established Business Monday within a regular newspaper issue. The guide will cover a full week’s television viewing in an easy to read-at-glance format giving the ever-growing number of Net News readers even more value for money.

“The introduction of Cayman Net News TV Guide is part of our continued growth as the news leader on the Cayman Islands,” said Desmond Seales, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief. “This latest edition to our collection of publications offers even more value for money. Increasingly each daily edition of Cayman Net News is growing and adapting to the needs and wants of our readers.”

The guide will form part of Monday’s paper, which will now be available on newsstands from Saturday evening. The weekend edition will also remain on the stands enabling readers to catch-up on community events and news.

The TV guide joins numerous other supplements that readers now enjoy with their regular daily edition of Cayman Net News such as Auto Tuesday and Real Estate Friday as well as the Sister Islands supplement which comes with the weekend edition and has proved to be a huge hit with those on Grand Cayman as well as Little Cayman and Cayman Brac.
“We are very excited about the development of our supplement’s series and we will be continuing to produce innovative and unique publications to enhance the quality of, and add value for money to Cayman Net News,” added Mr Seales.

Nor is it just in the medium of print that Cayman Net News is developing. The official launch of Cayman Islands Net Television, (CiNTV) on election night demonstrated what else the Cayman Net News group has to offer. For more information on the future of CiNTV and an interview with the producer, Judy Singh, see Friday, 20 May edition.
