Merchant banker expands the team

Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited has announced the appointment of four new staff members to its rapidly growing team.

Roger Priaulx has joined Close Brothers as In-house Legal Counsel; Adam Rossiter has joined as Supervisor within shareholder services and directorship monitoring department; Stephen Roney has been appointed as Trust and Corporate Accountant; and Mark Dixon has been appointed as Fund Accountant.

Managing Director, Linburgh Martin said, �We continue to see growth across all our business lines and this is primarily based on delivering top-quality service to our clients. To continue this growth it is of vital importance to invest in the right people and we are very pleased to welcome four more highly-qualified professionals to the Close Brothers team.
