LETTER TO THE EDITOR

This so-called accident

Monday,  May 23, 2005

Dear Sir,

Further commenting on this so-called accident, you should also inform the public if the driver of the boat was under the influence of alcohol; not obeying the regulations of the speed limit and traveling over 10 knots.

Also, that the FBI is now involved in the investigations, that there were no work permits issued and the Cayman Islands Port Authority had not made the necessary communications or postings to this area.

This so-called accident could have been avoided if the proper steps had been taken by the proper authorities.

Jason Haberlen.
