The summer holidays can be a serious headache for working parents, when it comes to taking care of and keeping the children entertained. Fortunately Cayman Traditional Art has saved the day with a summer arts and culture camp.

From 11 July until 5 August children will have the opportunity to learn all about local arts and crafts at the Cayman Traditional Arts Camp.

The camp will take place in the house at the new South Sound Park from 8 am until 3 pm everyday.

Local artisan and craft specialists will be showing the youngsters a whole range of interesting traditional arts, crafts, games and pastimes from marbles and kite making to crab hunting and thatch weaving.

CTA is now registering children ages 5-12. Contact 946-0118 for details.
