Dear Sir,

Do we really need oil transshipment? Certainly, the new Government has taken all these factors portrayed by the writer (Green Hornet) into consideration.

Most certainly they and their mega support group have weighed the "possible" consequences and have found that they need to run it by a couple more sifters and blenders to make it palatable.

Most importantly, the new Government in all transparency will reveal to the public who are the interested principals, why they are interested and what we, the people, will get out of this proposal, for the fulfillment of the transparency process/promise.
