Six-a-side tournament to be rescheduled

The Cayman Islands Cricket Association has sent out a press release to announce that they hope to reschedule the six-a-side cricket tournament that they had originally planned to hold on 4 July. The rain over the weekend meant that Smith Road Oval resembled not so much a cricket oval as a marsh on Monday morning. The organisers were therefore forced to postpone the event indefinitely, but promise to work with the sponsors of the event, Cable & Wireless, to get the event back on as soon as possible. More details will be released as soon as they become available.
