Threatening calls

Robert Richard Rivers a 40-year-old Caymanian male appeared in court on Thursday 7 July and pleaded guilty to three offences under the Information Communication Technology Law after members of 911 received threatening telephone calls from him. Juilette Gooding, manager of the 911-call center said that such incidents would continue to be reported to police.
