Tiffany McCulloch

As a food server at Kaibo, Tiffany McCulloch said she relishes the beautiful sunsets as she serves locals and tourists on the outside terrace.

“This is a wonderfully easy place to live, especially for young people, because they adapt so quickly,” said Ms McCulloch.

Originally from Oregon, USA, Ms McCulloch visited her father who was working on the Island two years ago and decided to stay. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving and swimming.

Recently, her father told her that he was moving back to the US, but she thinks he will change his mind.

“I think it will only take a few months of winter and he will be back,” said Ms McCulloch.
