Sister Islands notices and information

Art at the Heritage House
Kelvin Scott Display, 15 through 17 September. Simone Scott and NIM Things Display, 22 through 24 September. Annalee Ebanks and Valda Watson Display, 29 September to 1 October. All displays will be open 9:00 am to noon, and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm on Thursday and Friday, and 9:00 am to noon on Saturday. 

Football season starts again
Primary, U-14 & U-17 Football Programs are starting soon, with the following schedule: Primary will start in October (dates TBA), U-14 & U-17 will be on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (5:30 - 7:00pm) starting Wednesday 7 September, 2005. Parents are advised that information will be sent home with children from school about football practice. 

Brac Bash cancelled
SITA annual event, scheduled for 16 through 18 September has been cancelled.  

Summary Court rescheduled
This will now be held at the Aston Rutty Civic Centre 5 through 7 October. 

Donations needed
The Cayman Brac and Little Cayman Veterans and Seamen’s Society is appealing for donations to purchase cots for their hurricane shelter on the Bluff. The price for each cot is $50, and the Society is asking their members, businesses and individuals to donate whatever they can so that the shelter can be better prepared for future hurricanes.

Please email bracnews@candw.ky  by Tuesday each week to have an event included in the community calendar in the Bracker and Little Caymanian.
