
New admission for Maples & Calder as Attorney-at-law

A John Gray High School graduate Angelina Whiteman appeared before Justice Priya Levers recently, for admission as an Attorney-at-Law.
Her application was sponsored by Maples and Calder and made by Aristos Galatopoulos, a partner of the litigation team.
Andelina Whiteman was a graduate of John Gray High School in 1994 before attending Queens University, Canada and then the University of Windsor, Canada where she graduated with a LLB Law degree.
She completed her articles in Ontario at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Ottawa where she qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor, in Ontario, Canada and as a Barrister and Solicitor, in British Columbia, Canada.
Justice Levers welcomed Ms Whiteman to the Cayman Islands bar and extended best wishes on her professional career.
“I am pleased to become a member of the Cayman Islands legal community and hope to make a positive contribution throughout my career,” said Ms Whiteman who will be joining the Firm’s Investment Funds department where she will work with David Brooks.
