A theme that was designed to attract hundreds to Kings
Sport Centre recently, the first Black and White Party, was a serious contrast
in Cayman’s entertainment scene.
Out of Jamaica for the first time Twins of Twins,
Voicemail and DYCR were here to perform their best hits.
Patrons lined up outside Kings Sport Centre, trying to
get a space as hundreds of people turned up for the event.
MC Deon Mattis from Vibe 98.9 Fm and Bagga Brown from
Jamaica introduced on stage the local acts, as they perform their usual songs
to make their presence felt.
As the night went on and the MCs and artistes gave their
best performances, the audience just kept on wanting more.
When Voicemail hit the stage they created an atmosphere
that everyone felt; hits after hits and dance moves after dance moves the
crowd was in the mood and ready to have a grand old black and white time.
The featured artiste of the night was Twins of Twins, as
they hit the stage with their popular slang ‘My God’; patrons had their
lighters and phones in the air. They went down a storm and topped off what was
a truly terrific evening’s entertainment as once again Jamaica met Cayman.
