H.E the Governor Bruce Dinwiddy made his third and final
Throne Speech on 10 October at the Legislative Assembly. Accompanied by his
wife Emma Dinwiddy, he took the opportunity to spend time with dignitaries at
a reception hosted by Speaker Edna Moyle in the Members’ dining room at the
LA. They chatted with Ministers, Official Members, MLAs, National Hero Sybil
McLaughlin, two past Governors, senior Civil Service staff members and guests.
After the speech the Governor posed with Cabinet and
Members of the Legislative Assembly.
